The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and offered many excellent treatment ideas. Nursing and front staff were similar.

Great customer service from both Doctor and staff. Also my eyes have a very natural appearance after my healing. I was nervous to get my eyelids done so I put it off for quit a while, but I am so happy with my results I wished I had not waited! Very happy with my results!
Dr Joos and the staff at Allure explained my procedure (bilateral upper eye lift) and addressed all my concerns. The staff before, during and after the procedure were very caring and professional. They explained each step thoroughly, and took care that I was comfortable at all times.

I was impressed with the way they prepared me for the surgery with lists of what to have ready for after the procedure, when to start taking Arnica and all that was to be expected!I had NO pain and no bruising. I healed so quickly and am so happy with my results!!! My eyes are open again and I can see without my droppy eyelids!!! Thank you !!!
Dr. Joos and his staff were kind and considerate throughout the entire process. Dr. Joos spent time talking with me answering questions both before and after surgery and I never felt rushed. I appreciated the numerous follow-up calls by him and his staff after surgery to check on me. I am still healing but feeling good about how everything is going. I will probably need to repeat this procedure on my other eye and I will not hesitate coming back to Dr. Joos.
I am grateful for the entire process. Communication was wonderful and the surgery pain free. Thank you!
