Allstate customer service skills and people skills are AWESOME. They were so kind and polite. I couldn't believe it. I took my first vehicle to them and they diagnose it immediately with no charge. How often can you go to a mechanic shop and get a diagnostic FREE. They told me what was wrong with my vehicle and gave me some suggestions, we'll I brought them my second vehicle and they did exactly the same thing, so know I'm getting Allstate to make the repairs on my vehicle. 5 stars this guy just pull up on me didn't book or call him got out of his truck to assist me and fix my problem in 10 mins so I can get back on the road will be calling him again for service!!!!💪🏿💪🏿
The Customer Service here is top notch. I appreciate the professionalism shown during my service and repair. To top it off they offer take home and pick service while your vehicle is being repaired. I will definitely return and highly recommend. Shoutout to my Urber driver Lucas [insider] Lol...
I went to this place for an AC check. I already knew one of my blend door actuators were bad but wasn’t sure which one since my vehicle has several. They gave me a ride home and sent a video checking my car saying air was coming out of the speaker and the HVAC box was the problem and the cost to repair almost 6k. I declined the repair and made a post in my Facebook group to verify what I was told. I have upper vents in my car and that was the cause of air coming through the speaker since a vent is near it.
