Inexcusably terrible customer service from both ladies I've had the pleasure of speaking with on the phone at the agency. Request made a month ago to change policy- 3 times in writing via email and 2 phone calls, still waiting for action, but all I have received are excuses- emails must not have been received, looking into it, systems down.

Worst agency ever. They have terrible phone service with their customers. It takes forever for them to answer the phone and when they do they are in a hurry, rude, and condescending. They have a woman named Joyce who is so totally clueless that I don't ever want to speak with her, I always ask to speak with someone else. I've received charges on my bill that they cannot account for. They denied that I could have been receiving discounts on my policy if I hadn't called them on it. If you don't think your financial advisor will out right lie to you about the terms of investments he sells to you under contract, guess again. If you think you are in "good hands" with Allstate Financial Services like you are with Allstate Insurance, not so much. Customer service with Allstate Financial Services actually told me they don't care what the licensed advisor says to customers, they have a signed contract. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and rates I received from Mai VO Allstate Insurance. They are service oriented pros. Their auto insurance service is tremendous. She answered all my questions and gave me the best rate possible. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I had a great experience of getting auto insurance from Mai Vo All State. She quoted me a much lower price than other places. I have some complicated insurance needs and they made it all so easy. They are proactive, polite, service oriented, and their prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for insurance.

AVOID JASON CRIBB/ALLSTATE INSURANCE. I was insured by him for probably 5 or 6 years. I paid for 6 months of insurance at a time. I always paid in advance/on time for 6 months of insurance. I never filed a claim, never had a ticket, never had an accident the whole time, but my insurance always increased. Having had enough of his scam I let the 6 months run out.
