Worst experience I have ever had with switching insurance policies. They practice horrible customer service and Blake Allen condones it. They poorly communicate and will tell you it is your fault they are not responding in a reasonable amount of time. They gave us 6 month policies and didn't bother to tell us this fact until it was already input, we told them we wanted 12 month policies, see communication and customer issue above.
