Worst agency ever. They have terrible phone service with their customers. It takes forever for them to answer the phone and when they do they are in a hurry, rude, and condescending. They have a woman named Joyce who is so totally clueless that I don't ever want to speak with her, I always ask to speak with someone else. I've received charges on my bill that they cannot account for. They denied that I could have been receiving discounts on my policy if I hadn't called them on it.
