Jake is very helpful and went out of his way to help. He is always available whe. I have questions.
Rick and his team did not tell me the truth and made a mistake on my policy and it was cancelled. It then went to collections which nobody notified I had a balance. I would not do business with this team. They do not look out for your best interest per my experience.
The customer service is bad, the rep does not try to help you. They would not insure my daughter when others did not have a problem doing so. They did not investigate our accident and placed the blame on my wife. Our rate is not $5XX.XX per month starting August! I am very disgusted and will be switching companies.
