Very pleasant experience. Very good customer service always willing to help and resolve issues. Reasonable prices and good service.
I am really disappointed with their customer service and customer care. They false advertise which is illegal !!! They claim to be the best insurance but they suck. I got a flat tire on the freeway in Alpine (mountains!!) at night with a child. And finally after 20 minute when I was able to speak to someone from road side assistance she had the audacity to tell me that their road side assistance was a little off today and my best bet was to call 911. Great insurance. But if you need roadside assistance FORGET IT. AAA HAD TO SHOW UP TO HELP ME. THEY NEED BETTER TIME MANAGEMENT AND BETTER COMMUNICATION AMONGST THEIR TEAM
