Unacceptable negotiating tactics I went to the dealership, decided on a specific vehicle, and made an offer. After a bit of haggling, the salesman said he would have to check w/ Mr. Serra. Unfortunately, Mr. Serra wasn't in at the moment and I would need to wait. I waited about 1/2 hour and decided to leave. The salesman assured me Mr. Serra would be there in 5 minutes. Great Deal On My Car!! After searching the internet and going to several dealers. I found the best deal at Serra Toyota. The salesperson Morgan Smith got me a great deal with a good financing rate on my new Avalon. I couldn't be happier. The staff at Serra were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and you can tell they care about their customers. I would recommend Serra Toyota to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Not Impressed The beginning of our transaction started out fine, but started to head downhill pretty quickly. Our salesman wasn't very upfront with us. We had decided on a car, but constantly redirected to another one. We bought the car we wanted, but we did not leave thrilled with how we were treated.
