What a waste of time. They pester you for months despite saying their prices are some of the best in the state. You push them for finalized numbers and they are still hundreds over competitors, then you offer them a chance and they come back and say they won't underwrite a single vehicle, I'd need to bring all of my other vehicles over (3 others) at the same time for them to work with me. I have been with Allstate for a bit over a year. I had a great transition from my previous car insurance company to Allstate. Recently I renewed my policy, there was a miscommunication and I was charged for the year as opposed to monthly. I spoke to Allstate agent Sarah from the North Andover office and she quickly took action and made sure she followed through contacting me until my issue was fully resolved.
