We just recently switched to Allstate and we could not be happier! Ana Arnaiz saved us a bunch of money bundling our car/home insurances. She is a pleasure to work with - give her a call you won’t be disappointed!!
Roadside Assistance is a complete joke. Takes 15 minutes to get someone on the phone. Then wait another hour. Then get a call from someone saying it's going to be another 30 minutes or more to get there. Always a pleasure to stand around in the dark, late at night in an edgy part of town. I had to make other arrangements. Useless service.
The Nashua office is truly impressive. I called John with several issues and he went way out of his way to help me. After leaving Geico, I feel much better knowing that I can call ONE person and get my questions answered. Keep up the good work!
Awesome group to work with! Just renewed my policy (home/boat/auto) for another year and couldn't be happier. The few times I had to make a claim the staff there was professional and responsive in a way I haven't experienced with any insurance provider before. I was great to know that I could get in touch with a local rep who was familiar with my claim and could help solve my problems and not just some call center. Would highly recommend.
Anyone I ever speak to on the phone is very nice and professional. However I wish I had stayed with Safety Insurance. Ive had nothing but a issue since switching. I guess when you switch car insurances the insurance company needs to update the registry. Well this office didnt do that and on the day of my daughters college graduation she was pulled over and her car was towed by a state trooper due to the fact that it wasnt showing she had insurance. Allstate always finds excuses not to help people I had to home claims in 18 years an All-State has backed out of helping me with both of them I pay them good money to protect my home and get nothing back from them I'm done
