The worst claims process ever, the appraiser is biased so just hope of you are insured by allstate that your parked vehicle does not get hit by someone else with allstate.

Horrible at communicating and very hands off. My husband has been trying to figure out why there are auto payment issues for our many policies and they told him to figure it out himself... they promise to call back or email information and NEVER follow-up... completely useless! We’ve been there for 14 years. Ever since Debbie isn’t there service is completely horrible. Currently finding a new Allstate provider!

They are the worst insurance company and agents I have ever worked with!!! I wish I could give 0 stars! They do not care about their customers at all! Please keep away from them! At first, they changed my policy without telling me when someone left the policy. When I called, instead of apologizing, they made up all the excuses and try to cover their mistake. This is the best insurance agency I have ever dealt with. They have always been there for me and always treated me with respect. I sure don't have any plans of changing any time soon.
