Everyone was very friendly. Caroline was very pleasant upon us getting there. But she had to leave to pick up her daughter and I get that. Not to mention, like I said... Anycia has no clue what she is doing. She caused my registration to be revoked due to little knowledge of simple MA and NH Dmv laws. Stay clear of Anycia if you don't want any 'mistakes' that cause you to take days off of work to fix and many trips back and forth to the dmv
My experience has been GREAT, and it is every time I have questions, it might be one of a few places I call that we can actually talk to someone with out being put on hold forever, I had send emails before and even on that i get a response on the same day. Leslie Oliveira is very helpful and she has a good knowledge of her work, she always takes the extra step to make sure we as customers have the best service. I love allstate I have been with them for 20 yrs I have tried other companies but always came back to them.. Kurt Wick helped me when I first came on with everything.. and Anne V. has helped me after that even though Ann doesnt work out front anymore she still helps me everything I need.. reciently I have called other places to try to get cheaper insurances and noone even came close on the price and the attention and helpfullness you get from Kurt and his team..

I have been with Allstate for more than 20 years. Always have reasonable experiences and never really issues. I recently had a rate increase on my policy , though I have a completely clean driving record. I called and was informed the increase is across the board due to other policy holders payouts. Needless to say, I was disappointed in that! Having to pay increases due to others is not a good thing for me. Wish that was not the case.
I have had nothing but top notch, fantastic, perfect customer service from Greg Wicks! They are the true meaning to great customer service. I won't go anywhere else. They are just wonderful
