Your service rep, Terry Lynch, was- the epitome of what a super front man should be--technically knowledgeable, courteous, and full of helpful advice and counsel. We learned a lot from him in the how to care for our spa areas. We will definitely askfor him by name in the future; please give him our personal thanks for going the "extra mile" with us--you should be proud to have him on your staff!

Today AllSpa came to our house to fix our hot tub. We had a pump going out. They explained the problem, fixed it, made sure the chlorine levels were where they should be and told me how to keep the problem from returning. The service tech was Lonnie McCann. He was in and out in 40 minutes. I would highly recommend their services.
Bobby Burgess came out to assess the problem with our new hot tub not heating up ; Mr Burgess was on time, professional, courteous and fixed the problem while explaining everything to us . He went above & beyond the norm and his knowledge was unparalleled . Thank You
Last week I had my spa cleaned. The service tech that completed the work was polite and friendly. I think his name was Lonnie. I have been also pleased how courteous the staff is AllSpa whenever I call in. I have been using the since 2016. Had good luck so far. Keep up the good work.
Professional,quick and even balanced the water ph while there. Got us back up and running just in time to soak in the cold weather. Much appreciated
I could not be happier. Lonnie McCann, our service tech was so warm and friendly. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. he was comfortable and friendly with all three of our dogs and they loved him. MOST IMPORTANTLY he knew what he was doing, fixed the hot tub in less than 30 minutes and informed us what the actual problem was (which saved us a bunch of money). Thank you Lonnie and AllSpa. 10 STARS!
