You did good! Cynthia did a great job keeping us informed about the details. A few suggestions about improving: The installers did a great job installing the tub but did not reboot the display so the tub was not really functional. The service tech who came a couple of days later showed how to do that. To get the chlorine started and balanced was not clear. A startup sheet provided at the date of installation would be helpful.

Jeff and Dillon were at our home today to replace our hot tub cover. They were efficient, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time that Dillon took to give me a refresher lesson on chemicals. He's pretty new to the job and I think he'll be a real asset to your service staff. Bobby at AllSpa continues to exceed expectation. His knowledge of everything hot tub, and his ability to rapidly troubleshoot are second to none! Its the technician that makes or breaks a service company. I am comfortable recommending AllSpa.

We love our Hot Springs Spa from AllSpa. One of the best investments we ever made. Equally good has been the customer service, including our annual spring service, which was convenient, fast and professional. The technician brought our replacement filters with us. The part he discovered needed replacement he ordered for us and it came in the mail to us days later and we easily installed ourselves. Top notch company and people.

A service man came out one day & diagnosed a potential failing 'cell' on our salt-water hot tub. We set up another appointment for a new cell to be tried to make sure that was the problem. Both appointments didn't take too long and they were right on time! Excellent service!

From the time we placed the original order, Shauna in Tigard worked constantly with us, since our New Home was delayed in being finished. The deleivery schedulers were very accomidating rescheduling multiple times. Then when the time came for the Spa to be delivered, the delivery team was on time and followed all specific request that I had for them and was finished quickly. After seeing a charge for close to 300 dollars for replacing a seal that costs less than 1 dollar and less than 5 minutes or work to replace - i'll never use this company again. The service tech was great and I am all for businesses making a profit but I don't see how a company can claim the first half hour is included and then charge another 50 dollars every 15 minutes when no work is being done.
