The staff was timely and provided great service. He was on time, had a pleasant attitude, the work area was left clean, the hot tube was operating properly, and the technician had plenty of experience with hot tubs. After talking with the technician, I was satisfied that I called the right company to service my 21 year old hot tub. I strongly recommend them.

Super friendly technician (Terry Lynch) and fast service as well - great experience!
I was very happy with Terry Lynch my service technician. He did a great job on service. I was a little bit frustrated that it took so long for the part that needed repair to get shipped. First it was back ordered. Then it was damaged so they needed to order a new part. It ended up being a month and a half without being able to use my hot tub. I truly missed using it!
The delivery team was professional and timely. They set my new spa perfectly and were kind and courteous. Thank you!
Lonnie did an excellent job installing my cover as well as was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Clearly, he conveyed that AllSpa values my business. I cannot full communicate how pleased I am with his visit to our home.

Bobby did a thorough job flushing and refilling our hot tub. He took the time to explain the issues that could be effecting the water chemistry. AllSpa is great about always sending me a follow-up email after performing maintenance services.
Lonnie McCann has serviced my hot tub a couple of times, and he does a great job. He gets the job done correctly and quickly, and he is also very friendly. I highly recommend Lonnie.
