Very unhelpful staff at the Marion office! A simple request for some guidance on what should be tested for in a water well resulted in the response "you have to tell us sir, we cant tell you what needs to be tested" that phrase was repeated to me 3 times! It seems the lab would have some idea or at least be able to point a person in the right direction based on their experience analyzing drinking water samples. Customer service could be improved. I live across the street from this business. I had a bunch of boxes from delivery and the city didn't pick them up. I called Alloway and asked them if I gave them some cash, could I put my boxes in their big dumpster. The lady I spoke to told me I could put them in the dumpster for free. I figure if a business is this friendly to its neighbors, they're probably going to be really good to their customers.
