I have been here more than once. Each time I was not satisfied with the care and diagnosis. I would not recommend this Urgent Care to anyone.
I'm not sure if they have ever cleaned the room that we were put in. The floors when I wiped them with a baby wipe were black. When I wiped a little spot on the floor it was black on the wipe and you could see on the floor where I did wipe it. Absolutely disgusting. The nurse didn't even know what was going on and spent 5 minutes in there and said "go to the ER, they will be able to answer" never ever will I take my children here.
This place is a joke!! Worst urgent care ever! This is the second time, with 2 different children that the provider (2 different doctors) did not even physically touch my babies before saying they couldn't find the issue. Yesterday my 6yr old went in with 103.7 temp. Doctor asked "anything hurt other then your head? Any coughing or vomiting?" after answering no and a quick peak in the ears. I have used All Kids Urgent care quite a few times and have had fantastic service everytime. They have always gotten us in an out quickly. Definitely will take my kids there when they get sick.
