This is the BEST Urgent Care I've ever been to. They Doctors and medical assistants are so nice, not only to the parents but to the most important person, the kids. I was there just last night and I saw a Dr I hadn't seen before, Dr Joshua Zeidler, and he was awesome. My son is terrified of any doctors after a medical issue that put him in the hospital for 4 days. Dr. Zeidler was welcoming and had absolutely NO issues making my son feel comfortable. Worst expeirence. Told them my kid would not do a breathing treatment. They insisted that we try for over an hour just to feed the doc's ego and see if it helped. Well here's a clue if 3 of use can't do it in an hour it's not gonna work because we won't be able to do it at home either. Then she came back in asked all the same questions as if she hadn't been seeing my kid. Very incompetent.
This is the only urgent care i will go to now. We've been here atleast 10 times and never had a bad experience! Visiting ER's and Urgent Cares was a weekly thing for us, for 2 years straight. AllKids has never let us down. I LOVE the doctors and nurses!
Always nice. Try to find common ground with my son and make him smile. I only go when my kids are sick and they can't get to PCP but they are always super nice and make my son feel comfortable.
