I was charged $125 for them to weigh my son take his temp. And for the doctor to look at him miss diagnose him all in less than 5 min. And was told Just to take him to the hospital. When at the hospital the doctor there was shocked of how poor of a job this place did. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
RecommendedTook my daughter here on a Friday night, I liked how quick it was the front desk woman was nice and fast and informative. The nurse seemed to be careless, just not attentive as much as I’ve seen nurses be, but the doctor was amazing. Sweet, and patient, very good with my daughter which I am thankful for as she was very uncomfortable but also informative. It was nice to find a pediatric urgent care near me to go to that is open late. I would recommend this urgent care. The location I went to was signal butte and southern!
I’ve always loved this urgent care! But after yesterday & today I’m in disbelief on how rude the staff was. Well not the staff, the NP doc on, I went in last night 2/1/20 cause my daughter had the flu.. then non stop coughing right so I’m concerned as everyone in my family including my oldest is asthmatic!
