My experience with Allison Jung as my leasing agent was extremely positive. I have bad credit because my house was foreclosed. In todays market, you need good credit to get a rental. While looking to purchase a condo in Las Vegas, we were fortunate to pick up Allison's business card at one of the properties. When we called, she was very eager to help. Allison was a fantastic agent to work with. Throughout my time working with her, she exhibited all of the qualities that I look for in an agent. She has a vast knowledge of the geographic area as well as the process of renting. I had a wonderful experience with Allison! She was not only kind and respectful, but she was professional and she expedited my application process in a timely manner. I am very pleased with her assistance and my new landlord's courtesy. I didn't think my new home could've came any quicker than it did. As far as the process, it was quick and clean. Allison Jung is the very best! I've bought, sold and leased many homes over the years and am a licensed real estate broker in CA. As a result, I've utilized the services of many real estate agents. Called Allison in 2010 to start the process of looking for a condo to purchase while we vacationed in LasVegas. We found a short sale that was exactly the right one and Allison looked after all the paper work and counter offers with the bank. The Most Honest and upfront realtor in the Las Vegas area. She is very diligent, doing whatever it takes to get things done. Working Late into the night when it was necessary.
