Allison was a very professional and knowledgeable agent that provided me with a great service in looking for an investment property. I'm from another state, so I relied heavily on her judgement when looking for a property in a market that was selling fast! I've had experienced with 3 other realtors in Las Vegas in the past, and by far Allison was the best. Whenever I had any questions regarding anything from small to big, she would respond as soon as possible either through text or email. She had helped me go through the WHOLE process of renting out my unit and what i needed to do to prepare and close. She is the only realtor I would recommend to my close friends and family.

Allison was very good to work with and is such a nice person too. Very professional, on time, usually responded immediately unless busy but always returned calls ASAP. She is very familiar with the Las Vegas areas and funding sources too! She was very capable, willing, and understanding to my needs, time restraints and logistical situation. I just want to say that Allison is extremely knowledgeable in answering questions and getting information on the spot for me when working with her. She had her Ipad in hand and could easily grab information within seconds that I requested. She was very patient with me in regards to setting up applications.
