I actually am quite fond of the doctors there, unfortunately my family and I will be looking for a new PCP all because of their front staff. The receptionists are rude and unwilling to be helpful in any capacity. We were actually told that because it was summer we couldn't get in to see a Dr because their too busy. Unless it was a medical emergency and in that case go to the ER. Wow...thanks! Hopefully the Drs there will see what's going on an potentially do an overhaul of their front office staff. I've been seeing Ralph and Sandra for 27 years and have no plans to change anytime soon... they've been my kids pediatricians all their lives, good Dr's and the office is full of good people.
I am so impressed in the whole office and my care through them. From the people at the front desk, to the Doctors and Physicians Assistants themselves, they are courteous, and helpful. I see Hannah Porter whenever I can. On some occasions I have an appointment where I must see another. I have had blood drawn, and she is the best ever. I get prompt return calls when ever they are needed. I have my questions and answered and concerns addressed. I get appointments promptly. I have been a patient of theirs for a few years now. I have never been treated like a number, in such a small community. Their office manager seems to have very little ethical training, or knowledge of patient service. In handling questions and concerns her "opinion" of my care seemed more important to her, then my patient experience.
