They were totally rude to my mom as a patient. They never considered any underlying issues that would cause someone elderly to have a lot of questions, or a change in personality.... I would recommend you go elsewhere. They may have had extra training at the University, but they missed the training on Functional diagnostics and human interactions.
RecommendedDr. Wade and Sandra are absolutely amazing. I wish I could've brought them to Idaho with me when I moved! They always treated me with care and compassion, and Dr. Wade caught my PE even when the hospital had dismissed my concerns. Sandra was able to diagnose my thoracic outlet syndrome when other medical professionals couldn't.
Brittney your nurse practitioner is judgemental and an idiot. l went to your practice for help and she did not help. she makes me not trust most medical professionals.
I don't think I have ever had to wait much more than 10 minutes for an appointment, even though the waiting area is usually at least half full. That's remarkable for a doctor's office!
So comfortable and easy to talk to. Have never had bad experience!
Today we saw Debra Wing and she was very kind and patient with my son. He was very comfortable talking to her about how he was feeling. Thank you for fitting us in today.
Dr. Freestone is the best! He always puts me at ease and never makes me feel rushed which is hard to find these days. He is extremely knowledgeable and really listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. I would highly recommend him!
Dr Freestone is a great doctor unfortunately he is now practicing with this practice. I went in last January for my annual physical, just as I have for 13 years. I was shocked to find it was coded to the insurance as an extended new patient visit and I was billed due to deductible $200, it would have been covered 100% had it been coded correctly, I called and after four months of run around they wouldn't budge or rebill. I have been going to see Dr. Wade and Sandra for the last 20 years they have seen me through 2 pregnancies and all of our families illnesses, best family practice ever.
