I recently purchased my first house and in the beginning was not sure where to start. After contacting Allison Donovan she filled me in on what all was involved and was there with me every step of the way. Her patience with me through the entire process was admirable. I never felt like I was bothering her when I contacted her multiple times a day some days. She found my son and I the perfect house! Couldn't imagine going through the home buying process with any one but Allison Donovan.

First and foremost Allison was truly AMAZING! My spouse and I decided to look for a home in the Wilmington area spontaneously... My wife and I just recently bought our first a house in Wilmington with the help of Allison, she was very helpful and took the time with us as we looked through several until we found the right one. She was with us the whole time as we went through the process of buying the home and keep us up to date on everything that was happening as the process went along. In the many years I have known Allison Donovan she has always been a hard worker with a positive attitude. She does what it takes to get her customers what they need. She is patient, kind, and very smart. She answers questions quickly and is very knowledgeable of all of the areas in Wilmington. As a long time resident of Wilmington, Allison sure does know the area well. She showed my SO and me areas of Wilmington we did not even know about, and were happy she made us step outside of our comfort zone. Her warm personality and sincerity throughout the process of looking for a house of our own has made us feel like she is definitely the one to trust in helping us make such a big decision and purchase. I would recommend Allison Donovan to anyone interested in purchasing a home in the future.
