I’ve always wanted to live on a beach. When a beachfront condo became available at Carolina Beach, Allison went right over and gave me a FaceTime tour. She thought the price was right and it was a very nice condo, so I asked her to make an offer. Allison also recommended a loan company who were diligent about getting the loan approval in a timely manner. Allison helped us buy our first house in downtown Wilmington. She was fantastic to work with, really listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect house. Where to begin! I have known Allison for many years, and consider her our friend. When my wife and I decided to sell our family home of 43 years, I was very nervous to say the least.. Allison is the definition of exceptional service. She helped us sell our home and buy a home in our budget, that was in a neighborhood that we fell in love with. It was almost too good to be true even as I sit in my new home and type this review. Allison is absolutely incredible to work with. We have had the opportunity to work with her twice, once as a buyer when we moved from Wisconsin to buy our home in Leland and then as a seller when we went to sell that same home.
