We loved working with Allison. She was patient and diligent in helping us find our beautiful home. When our home we were selling was hit by hurricane Helene, our buy process was prolonged. Allison was amazing. I had moved out of the area and she went through the house and advised me on what needs to be fixed and updated since I had renters in for a year. She then provided reliable contractors to make the house look like new. She checked on the house for me frequently and made sure that the work was being done to the highest of standards. We were new to the Wilmington area and Allison was great on showing us around, finding properties, and guiding us through the buying process. We were out of town buyers, and when a potential property came on the market she would take videos of the property and send to us if we couldn't make it down to Wilmington.
It was a long couple of months with the purchase of my home and Allison was there to help all those long months. I appreciated her taking the time months before hand sending me prospects of houses to check out and waking me through few of them. Even though I had been moved in for some stone she has continued to help answer questions and keep in contact!
