Allison was referred to us by our New York realtor & she was awesome. She made the process of moving easy (as easy as moving can be). Allison was very patient with us -- we kept changing our minds if we wanted a house or condo and she never was the least bit annoyed with our indecisiveness. She was always calm, sweet and caring. My husband and I met Allison 5 yrs ago. We went to an open house in Wilmington, hoping one day to move to this area. We had expressed to her, 5 yrs ago, this was a 2 year plan. Absolutely enjoyed working with Allison. We were buying a house from out of town which made everything extra stressful but Allison was wonderful in helping make the process as easy as possible. She is great and would I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home in the area.
