We had set up an appointment with phone receptionist, She was friendly and gave us a date and time for the appointment. The day of the appointment we waited during given time frame. We received no phone call and a no-show service provider at given time frame. We had other appointments to get to. We will seek out a different Pest Control Provider.
I called and spoke to the owner, Dave. Although we lived too far away for his service, he was extremely caring and took the time to help us over the phone. Who does that anymore? I would not hesitate to use this company. So knowledgeable and professional. No BS from this guy...I would trust him 100%.
They came out in August 2020 for a roach problem we had. They were coming in thru the pipes and we had to have the full treatment done. Dave was really great and the nicest guy he took care of our problem. This is a family owed business and truly top notch. When we moved we decided to have them come out quarterly for outside treatment as well. If you need a bug solution they find one and are very reasonably priced. Give them a call, you won't regret it!
