Timely, knowledgeable, personable.
The response to my clogged sink was what was needed at the time. We couldn't use the kitchen sink and was like this for 2 days. Allied responded the day I called and resolved the problem with concern. Tech was professional and courteous. Only weakness was he was delayed on arriving due to a problem on a previous call.
