Arrived on time to complete installation. professional mechanic, but pickup driver left soil on carpet.

Technically I did not hire because the problem had resolved itself, HOWEVER the technician was very helpful and checked for any potential problem, offered his evaluation. He was very thorough, polite and professional. Arrived on time and could not have been more understanding.
I checked with about 8 different plumbers, emergency call. 3 were going to come out to quote first, and I knew what the problem was so that would have been a waste of time. Allied quoted me on the phone, EXACTLY what they ended up charging, the two guys who showed up did their job in miserable conditions, were friendly and gone in 30 minutes, can't recommend them enough, maybe 6 stars?

He came to give us a price on fixing the sink hole in our front yard. Charles was on time, and explained everything to us, and very patiently.
Customer service coordinator and technician was excellent to work with. They had never installed a hybrid water heater for me, but they were excited and confident they could get the job done. They kept things clean and tidy as well.
