They were very quick to respond and get the job done. Friendly and knowledgeable...exactly what we needed!
We requested the technician to scope the drain line. When the root prevented further penetration into the drain line then client paid an additional $240 to have the line cleaned out - "Roto Rooted."Technician was able to tear through the root and take it an additional 100'. Customer service is great, I had an issue with a clog deeper in the main line, and they came out next day and resolved the issue quickly.
Arrived within the hour that the service was requested. Quick and very professional. Was able to unplug the drain.
The plumber did not clwan up after the work was completed. I had to clean as though I were moving into a home that needed total revisions. A pipe that was replaced, was left in my front yard and it was too heavy for ne to lift alone. Who leaves pipes in a persons front yard? The vanity was put back on top of the filth and gunk that came out of the pipe. The window curtains and the walls had sludge all over them. This company went above and beyond to help my dad clean out tree roots from his main line. My mother's funeral visitation was the next day, and my dad had a house full of company. They promised service between 2-4 hours, and were there in less than an hour. The plumber even gave my 82 year old dad a discount due to the circumstances. An A+ experience!!!
