When I'd taken my Lenova laptop in, it would have only taken him 15-20 min. to fix it, because it DIDN'T have a virus. Instead, he charged me $185 just to lose all of my 250-300 pics that were from 15-20 years old and included pics of my family that are now deceased, and therefore nonreplacable, and also very important documents on my hard drive. He then replaced my 1000G hard drive with a 250G hard drive without even asking me first, probably not thinking I'd even notice! When I told him I wanted my original hard drive ... read more
