Since ever this company is managing our comunity, they have horrendous track record with comunication. You write email and wait for days and weeks to get answer if ever. Forget about getting your phone call answered it will not happen. Leaving voimail is also useless since they never call back.
Very professional. The company is amazing, Lil and Laura the take care of rentals and leases, honestly immediate return. Then Kathie handles our deposits and Association members that screw up payments she resolves same day. Don't forget Ciny and her son that pays our bills, immediately gets done. UPDATE: True to form Alliant's response to this review continues to do the very things I've experienced in their response here. Owners & Tenants BEWARE! Trying to speak to someone is impossible. Every time I've called the person is "in a meeting". Forget about leaving a message, because no one ever calls back. I've tried sending emails and they get kicked back because the mailbox is full. On top of the bad customer service, I was overcharged for my monthly fee and too much money was withdrawn from my bank account. Still waiting on a resolution to that matter. I have lost all patience with this company.
Angela Eck was outstanding , she was pleasant with me and sympathetic to my issues. I do hope this is resolved again thank you Angela!!
