My property manager never is available for calls and questions and is not reliable to call me back. I have tried for the the past three weeks to set up a time for her too evaluate a leak in my building that caused water to be driven in after hurricane Ian. She does not listen to me and does not make any effort to come and see where the water is entering my building. I would not recommend this company to oversee any property. All they want is your money.
We are Canadians who own a condo on Sanibel Island, FL and Alliant is our property management company. We wish to give kudos to our manager Steven Kamel for his prompt responses and helpful advice for every issue we may have. He is very competent and works along with a team who together solve all our issues as visitors in your country.
