I was charged a Late Fee of $25 for association dues for April 1, 2024. The check I mailed in cleared my bank account April 9. I drove to the office 2x’s about this because they were switching to a new system. I understand that but I should have been able to get that cleared up the first time I drove there (over 14 miles round trip) I also got ASSESSED By a $50 charge because my Garage Door was left open all night.
