They are very professional but personable. Have been pleased both visits.
First appointment on July 3rd. Everything was great. Appointment on time. The staff is very friendly and competent in their work. The office is well run, very clean and kept spotless. The equipment is up to date and the rooms are well laid out. I can't say enough about the staff, especially Heather with whom I had the good fortune to have for the appointment. My doctor recommended Dr Knapp when I required a Dermitoligost. Verified my insurance, showed for my appointment and Dr Knapp, his assistant and his staff was first class. Anybody that is in need of a dermatologist, I would highly recommend Dr Knapp.
I have known Dr. Markus for years and would recommend him to family and friends without any hesitation. Great, ethical dermatologist/surgeon.
Very friendly and Dr. Casper did what was necessary. Office staff and assistant....awesome!!!
After being passed around and through 3 PA's I was finally given Dr Bolton. She has insured I will be staying with Alliant. Very pleased and always recommend her to friends.

The office is exceptionally clean, very organized and well run. The employees are pleasant and helpful. I see Dr. Casper and he is wonderful. He's very gentle and caring and he listens carefully to what you have to say. He attends to any issues you have whether they are truly important are not, he is very reassuring and impressively competent. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Casper in particular.
