The doctor was always very short with me, rushed me through and got annoyed when I had questions. Also think she removed a lot of things that were fine - driving up the bill. Also, the billing department is HORRIBLE. I just now got a bill for services rendered over a year ago - marked as over 120 days overdue - but this is the FIRST time I saw this bill. How can I be late paying a bill I never got? I have changed to another practice now.
I had a procedure done today and a complete body scan last week. I found that Dr. Casper and Dr. A. were extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and explained things in a very comprehensible manner. The office staff was equally professional and compassionate. I am a new patient and would highly recommend this practice. It is definitely five stars!
I had a skin cancer on my back that took 7 months to heal.My PCP did surgery on 1-9-2020.I t was a BCC.

First appointment on July 3rd. Everything was great. Appointment on time. The staff is very friendly and competent in their work. The office is well run, very clean and kept spotless. Love the new office across from Colony Plaza. I received prompt, courteous and friendly patient service. Dr. Casper is very mild-mannered and thorough.
You can tell Dr. Casper is concerned about his patients and gives the best care possible. I've had melanoma so it's important that I get screened every 6 months. Dr. Casper does a thorough exam and I'm confident I'm in good hands. All the staff is professional and friendly.
Dr. Casper is as good as they come. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and keeps my skin "things" in check. Staff members always smiling and helpful.
