The doctor was always very short with me, rushed me through and got annoyed when I had questions. Also think she removed a lot of things that were fine - driving up the bill. Also, the billing department is HORRIBLE. I just now got a bill for services rendered over a year ago - marked as over 120 days overdue - but this is the FIRST time I saw this bill. How can I be late paying a bill I never got? I have changed to another practice now.
I had a procedure done today and a complete body scan last week. I found that Dr. Casper and Dr. A. were extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and explained things in a very comprehensible manner. The office staff was equally professional and compassionate. I am a new patient and would highly recommend this practice. It is definitely five stars!
I had a skin cancer on my back that took 7 months to heal.My PCP did surgery on 1-9-2020.I t was a BCC.
