I could not find a good storage unit that had a decent unit for a decent price. Until I found Alliance Storage. The managers are nice and helpful and keep watch over the units. They live in the house the office is in so they are more reachable. The units are new and safe, clean and well kept. This is by far the best experience I've had with storage units. Out of the very few decent storage options in Corvallis, this one stands out as a great, new and tidy option. However, the management is incredibly annoying, and a bit hysterical. When my spouse and I first signed up for storage, the representative who completed the paperwork with her melted her ears off with his incessant talking. My wife, who is normally a very patient person, shared that the male rep at Alliance spoke non-stop for about 30 minutes, without allowing time for her to speak. Very professional service. The facility is new, clean and very well managed. It’s nice to have a new storage facility in Corvallis. Only recommendation is to get signage for those trying to find it. Currently we just say the big red building.
