The units are super clean and well maintained. The staff are super helpful and friendly!
Easy to work with. Great customer service. Clean facility. Signing up was easy and straightforward. When I moved in they help me decide which size unit would be appropriate. I appreciate that if you call the office, you get to talk to an actual human person. When I moved my things out of the facility due to moving, the process was easy and straightforward. I would definitely rent from them in the future if needed.
Kathy and her husband took great care to make sure all our storage needs were met. The facility was clean and well protected. I would use them again and highly recommend Alliance Storage to anyone needing a unit.
Great experience! Clean facility and very friendly staff.
