Took a ring to get sized and they did a phenomenal job! Customer service was great and answered my questions before I had a chance to ask! Thanks so much!
Highly recommend! Excellent customer service, excellent work, very reasonable prices. From having them fix my wedding set that was purchased elsewhere, My husband having custom pieces made, even just getting a watch band changed out. Only jewler I will go to as long as I'm in this area.
They are the best don't hesitate going there because they are and they're wonderful people to deal with their work is wonderful never disappointed
They are thieves! My husband brought his necklace to have the clasp repaired about 1 year ago and it broke. He went back to them and they said they would repair it at no charge to make it right. Their idea of making it right was to replace the 14 karat gold broken clasp with a gold plated clasp that was smaller, they kept the broken clasp. He went back and they took 40 minutes of his time to try to clean the clasp they insisted was solid gold until he pointed out the silver showing and they finally replaced it and charged $4... read more

Alliance Jewelers, Jeff, and Allison are ALL GREAT!! They give EXCELLENT customer service and were able to pull off a custom ring set during this busy time of year before Christmas! They also soldered it together in one day the week after Christmas! AMAZING!! Once you walk in the door it just feels like home as everyone is so friendly!
