Great Prices for Loose Diamonds I recently purchased some loose diamonds from this jeweler and had a customer setting made for my wife. The quaility of the diamonds is great! The workmanship is also wonderful and they stand behind their work as well! The employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. I usually hate going in jewelry shops because of the high pressure sales, but this was very low key and pleasant! Great experience and good prices!

Treasure! Co-owner Richard Saxen straightened out my diamond stud platinum post right before closing on Christmas Eve, and didn't charge me, wow! They've also done several small repairs and battery replacements, quickly, reasonably, and courteously. They stock beautiful jewelry, both new and estate pieces; I need to get a new mounting for my diamond engagement ring and will shop here first. Thank you, Jeff and Richard!
Great customer service Had to have my ring removed from my finger due to weight gain. Jeff was totally awesome! Loved the customer service. He didn't charge me but I will be going back in a couple of weeks to get a new setting. Would recommend Alliance to anyone! This is where I will be shopping from now on!
Dont Pay Retail These folks are great! They offer below retail prices on all their loose diamonds and they do custom designs, repairs, they also buy gold and diamonds. Great all around full service jeweler. PROS: custom designs, repairs, below retail prices CONS:

Awesome customer service I went there today to get a new battery put in in my wife's watch. The last jewelry store who tried to do so scratched the back of the watch really bad trying to open it to change the battery. Jeff who is one of the owners, not only opened the back of the watch without scratching it but after replacing the battery , he was kind enough to re polish the back of the watch to make it smooth again. outstanding service I was referred to Alliance Jewelers when my dog broke the clasp on one of my earrings a couple of years ago. I was surprised and pleased that they were able to fix it at a very reasonable price. Well, the tip of the clasp broke off last week and I took it back to Alliance. These earrings have great sentimental value to me andare over 35 years old! They were able to fix them again, but this time they didn't charge me. I am so happy!
