Alliance Hyundai is an excellent dealership with great service personnel.
I recently moved up to Alliance, and stopped by to get service done on my Elantra N here. My advisor was great, service done quickly, and the facility super clean.
Love getting my car serviced with these guys! Very professional, quick and courteous (unlike some people over there in Denton). Also love the spaciousness of their lounge, and coffee selections. Awesome guys!
Customer service here is ridiculous. A car that should be on the lot was not on the lot due to “damage” and was being worked on, asked what’s wrong with the car and was told hail damage and it would be a long time til the car came back. We were given a car far out of our price range after being told transparency was how they work and they wouldn’t put me into something I can’t afford.
