My technician, Josh, always goes above and beyond. Most recently, I had some Nandina bushes that were touching my house, Josh explained to me the importance of keeping shrubs trimmed that may be touching the home as this is a harboring place for insects. He advised me to trim back any over growth. I had tree limbs trimmed that were lying on the roof and all vegetation that was against the property was cut. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I’ve had Cecil as my technician for several years and he’s been great. He’s knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or concerns I have. He knows this very region well when it comes to certain pests in this area.
Paul has done an incredible job for us . We appreciate his professionalism and his expertise in different solutions to control / remove bugs and pest. I would highly recommend him for his services and great attitude.
My service started with an issue involving carpenter ants. The problem was quickly exterminated. My service technician, Paul, continues to monitor my home for ants and spiders. All contact I have had with any employee has been pleasant. I am a satisfied customer.
