Timely, friendly, knowledgeable
Employees were very professional.
The two technicians from Allgeier Air were polite, respectful and knowledgeable. When they got here they discovered the task was more than was first thought, but they did not rush through it. The company made arrangements for their next appointment, and these young men stayed and worked patiently, assuring us they would do what it took to get it right, something I'm not sure the original installer did. Called and the technician was there in less than 30 min. He checked and got the pump working again. Best service I've ever had.
I wish someone had warned me not to have Allgeier install our heat pump. Their work was sloppy, didn't meet codes, didn't heat the house, and created dangers where someone could be injured or killed. The supervisor asked us to pay before we had looked at it. I refused then went to look at the house. They had trashed the place. They left jagged holes in the drywall. Holes open to the outside. Broken stair. Wires dangling. Ducts unattached. Frayed insulation on the pipes. Not to mention no heat in the house, only in the furnac... read more

This is a company that I can proudly say represents what the American standard of business SHOULD be. They are trailblazers in Geothermal system designing and stand by their work 100%. Allgeier is the REAL DEAL!
We had to call six companies before we could find one to come out. Allgeier Air answered right away and were over to my house in an hour. The serviceman was friendly. The repair was reasonable and done in a timely manner.
