Timely, friendly, knowledgeable
Employees were very professional.
The two technicians from Allgeier Air were polite, respectful and knowledgeable. When they got here they discovered the task was more than was first thought, but they did not rush through it. The company made arrangements for their next appointment, and these young men stayed and worked patiently, assuring us they would do what it took to get it right, something I'm not sure the original installer did. They worked here from 9:30 am until 8:30 pm, give or take a few minutes, with only a break for lunch. One piece did not fit ... read more
Called and the technician was there in less than 30 min. He checked and got the pump working again. Best service I've ever had.
