After having 2 bad experiences previously with another company that I had used for many years, I decided to try a different company to service my furnace. I researched and decided to go with Allgeier. They were very friendly, and the technician arrived earlier than the 30 minute notice they gave me. Matt was great - polite and professional. I will definitely use this company again. Im glad i made the change.
The 2 gentlemen that came out to the house were very knowledgeable and kind. They fixed our furnace and had good pointers to help us in the future.

You did my spring service in October last year and my fall service at the end of January i think your timing is off quite a bit
Since the weather was so cold it would have been easy to dismiss my concerns about my emergency heat being on as we know heat pumps do not work well in extremely cold temperatures. Instead you listened to me and found the problem.
