I just adore this girl!! She is aboslutely amazing as a person and real estate professional. Alley was incredibly helpful with both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old house! She was patient and shared valuable insights ("everything is changeable except the walls") as we toured multiple houses, trying to figure out what we wanted in our new home. Once we found the house we loved she worked very hard behind the scenes to make sure our inspection concerns were handled by the sellers. We ABSOLUTELY recommend Alley!! Warning, you might come looking for a realtor, but end up with a friend. :) We used Alley to both buy our new house and sell our previous house. Both processes were extremely efficient and Alley's knowledge and expertise shone. Alley was our realtor last year when we were relocating from out of state. She is very professional and easy to work with. For several months prior to us moving to NC we stayed in touch and she kept us up to date on what the market was doing. When it got down to the nitty gritty we found ourselves in a bidding war which she helped us navigate and we eventually won.
