I’ve been getting allergy shots for 2 years and have never felt better. I didn’t realize how bad I had been feeling year round. I was also tested for food allergies and now avoid trigger foods and my skin has never looked better. It’s nice to feel good again, inside and out.
It is getting very difficult and frustrating to get in for a shot as the Bartlesville office is only open Monday and Wednesday now. I would not recommend this for a new patient.
Dana the receptionist needs to learn how to be professional, and not hang up, or try to speak over someone. They weren’t willing to work with me over shots, and allow me in the building for 30 seconds with my daughter who was wearing a mask to receive the shot and walk out. If it had been an appointment for her I would have had to come in, and we would have been in much longer than just running in, and getting the shot. The Physician's are amazing they really know there stuff and CARE about there patients. All the staff is pretty awesome too..always willing to help however they can.
Dr Todd went the extra mile today to show he cares for us ,his patients. I have been going through a three-year long battle to figure out what is causing problems in my son Alex. I have five children ,work 60 hours a week , Attending an online university and with all of this coronavirus stuff going on To say the least I am physically emotionally and mentally exhausted.
