No one answers the phone during their supposed business hours with no option of leaving a voicemail or means of call back.
Dr. Z felt the need to make comments about me nursing my two year old daughter still. Saying there’s no benefit after the first year, and it’s really only good for the first six months. I’m here for my child’s allergies, not for your opinion on lactation. Never mind the fact that he is completely incorrect, according to the CDC and WHO. I’m not sure what could’ve possessed a man with no lactation experience to make such unprofessional and untrue statements.
My husband had an appointment in February, received one bill in March, and received a letter a few weeks later threatening to go to collections. Absolutely ridiculous, do your own billing.
