Upon check out I was met by a woman who made me feel as if I was an interruption to her phone time. She talked to other people while I was trying to ask questions. Every single answer was rude and snotty. Perhaps a stockroom job would be more her speed, as dealing with clients is clearly not her forte. The directions on my "patient plan" that she printed out for me were laughable, just the names of 2 OTC medicines with no direction at all. When do we stop the meds? No idea. I saw Dr. Choe and he is the best ENT ever. After 2 mos of suffering from a debilitating dizziness and seeing another ENT who cannot diagnose what I have .... he was able to diagnose and treat me. Great bedside manner and real concern for his patients.
I contacted Dr. Berson for advice on helping me fall asleep. I have been plagued with insomnia for years, and menopause has made it worse. Dr. Berson listened as I described my problem, and offered sound, practical suggestions that I could implement that night. She explained the science behind each recommendation in easy to understand language. I am happy to report that after changing a few of my nighttime routines, I am sleeping better than I have in years. Thank you!
I went to this place for a hearing issue. ONE VISIT, and I'm being charged 2 copays. They claimed that I saw 2 doctors, even though it was the same office and same day. I understand they want to double charge the insurance companies sometimes, but my copay is $80. So now I'm being charged $160. Stay away from this place.
