Let me start by saying that Dr. Carr is an amazing doctor...but the back office and administration are a mess. These guys are a money first, service second kind of place. A fee for everything (incorrectly charged may I add) and constant battling over office policies clearly written not with the patient in mind. Both our kids have visited here. Doc Carr was great! Staff was fantastic. My 10-yr old championed the visit and the med staff, including Dr. Carr definitely knew how to work with kids. Bravo! Thanks! Glad I came in the morning, though...by the time we left after our 3 hour initial appointment (yes, they weren't kidding about 2-3 hr appointment), the waiting room looked like Disneyland. Regardless, with our family's exhaustive experience around doctors, this is a quality practice with skilled nurses, doc's and staff. Thank you!
