The service I received was excellent. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen.The technician was polite and answered my questions and the dentist was outstanding.He was nice and gentle with me and even called the next day to see how I was doing.
I had a dental emergency and they were able to see me within the hour. Everyone I met was courteous and very professional. They talked through the procedures and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Excellent service!!!

My most recent visit to the office was amazing. My dentist, Dr. Melvin, has a keen since of the slightest discomfort. He and his assistant are the dynamic duo of dentistry! Great job yesterday. THANK YOU very much. Also, thank you Kim (financial dept) for making it happen so stress free.
For someone who's afraid of the dentist, I give Fenton Family Dental a 5. From the time I stepped into the office the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. I would recommend Dr. M to all my friends and family
Truly for your staff 5 stars...great customer service. Dr Crawford is such a soothing dentist and i belive i made the right decision coming to your facility. But now for the bad...when i first came there, i came to have one tooth abstracted, which became extensive work. Before i knew it my tooth was not pulled and i was in a office signing for a loan.
