The Staff have Great Customer Service.
The dentist and staff were very professional. The facility was clean and well maintained. My only critique is for the dentist himself. I believe he did a professional job only that he kept pulling on the right side of my lip to the extent that it was very painful and now my lip is swollen. Even the assistant during the procedure told him to go easy because he was hurting my lip. Fenton Family Dental is the best I have been to. I have been to numerous dentists over the years. Customer service is excellent. The dentists are very detail-oriented. Dr. Singh is my favorite and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Prices are good. They also have great schedules for appointments. This is my 3rd time having service and so far Fenton Family Dental has gave me good service. It's to soon to provide a excellent review for I will continue there to see if the service is about good health and caring about their customers instead of making as much money as possible.
My family has been scheduled for three appointments, and were seen on-time for each one. We were always pleasantly greeted professionally. All of the staff was pleasant, and informed you of what they were doing, and what was to be expected at each step. This was without a dout the best dental experience I've had in all of my 54 years.
Dr Melvin was very accommodating during my appointment time and completed work on my dental plan which would have been more than one visit.
My first experience was awesome. My daughter and I came at the same time and they pretty much got us in and out. The staff was amazing and very professional and so was the atmosphere.
Everything was first rate! I was seen at the time of my appointment. Everyone I encountered was professional. The services far exceeded my expectation.
Service was extremely professional and warm. During my procedures my dentist continuously made sure I was comfortable.
