Excellent customer service. I was greeted immediately when i arrived in the office. The staff made me feel like my needs were their priority and they made me feel very comfortable. I can say this has been my best experience at a dentist office in years!
I actually love going to the dentist once I started coming to Fenton
Doctor Melvin and the dental tech I had were wonderful and very professional. Doctor Melving did a wonderful job filling my tooth.
I always feel anxious about dentist visit , therefore only go when I have to. I must say, I had a great experience . The hygienist was courteous and made me feel comfortable so was the dentist, Dr. Sigh Crawford. They took time to explain and prioritiized my treatment plan in a collaborative manner. So far so good
I had an excellent experience. The procedure took 2 hrs, but it didn't seem that long under the care of Dr. Singh-Crawford and the male hygienist (I forgot his name). The doctor kept asking if I was doing okay and if I needed a break and the hygienist took care of my needs the entire time. My Appt was only scheduled for an hr, however, I needed additional work performed. Even then I felt like a priority and not an imposition.

My first office visit was Excellent. They provided good advice/recommendations for the extensive dental work in which I will be undergoing soon. No claim forms to fill-out because they complete in the office for you. I was very impressed with the services that I received on Saturday. Great customer skill.
Dr. Singh-Crawford saved the day!! She was great as was her tech!!
