Our house sits adjacent to an undeveloped, wooded area owned by St. Vincent’s East Hospital (SVE Hospital) in eastern Birmingham. Three trees located on the property of hospital were at risk of causing damage to our house and property, i.e., a very large, completely dead pine tree and two trees with significant soil erosion around their root systems leaning toward our house. Over the coarse of 2 days of triple digits our neighbor's cat was stuck in a large tree. We took shifts staying with Lewis. We called over 20 agencies everyone told us no. Then we called Allen Tree Service, he said he could and would come get the cat down. He showed up and was determined to help us. Within 10 minutes Lewis was back home.
